Joe was very knowledgable and able to bring in his physio knowledge to recommend appropriate exercises to help with the injuries I had, which have helped so far. The massage was painful (as it should be) but Joe did a great job of keeping an easy conversation going to keep me distracted. He tailored the treatment to the issues I was having and I’ve had immediate relief as a result.
