My therapist was very good! Not much communication from the entrance to the treatment room. Straight into it and no questions about problem areas, injuries etc. But to be honest, that was quite nice! Quiet and relaxing. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had and it’s local to me so I’m very happy!

AVOID!!!!!Worst eyelash experience ever. I contacted the treatwell costumer service and didn’t get get any help. The therapist has no experience. I went for a eyelashes refill, the result is like a bad extension after 3 weeks. 1), she pulled my old lashes out without any eyelash remover solution. 2) she glued my both eye lids together entirely twice and had to pull them open. Ripped of many of my natural eyelashes. Extremely painful and my upper eyelids are still a bit swelling today. 3) I only get about 30 new lashes attached to my each eye. They are glued on my skin( suppose to glue on the natural lashes). They are in funny shapes and some parts missing. I had to spent £15 yesterday to take all of them off in another salon. No one would expect to have such dreadful experience in a holiday inn beauty salon. I could’ve asked for a compensation for this. But all I want is a refund, but still haven’t heard anything from treatwell.
