Lovely little place inside the Holiday Inn at Stratford Westfield. Staff were friendly and professional, and the upper lip wax I had done was efficient and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because on Wahanda it was advertised as a 'upper lip wax' but I got a top lip 'threading' instead. Had the same results, and the price was correct so I didn't mind, but it was still slightly misleading. Otherwise, would happily go again.

Staff was nice and helpful. Facilities were small, but clean and quiet. I would recommend it and I have my next appointment booked already.
Lovely little set up with very friendly and professional staff. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the start. The set up is small, but the range of treatments they provide is vast and of a high quality. I have already booked a return visit.
The place is easy to find, and in perfect location. The staff was very friendly and make you feel confortable. I will defintely go back, is the perfect spot in Stratford!
