I was a bit wary of going for a massage but Ploy was recommended to me and I must say the recommendation was correct. From the start Ploy put me at ease and throughout the massage asked if the pressure was ok and explained what the benefits of the massage were. The massage took place in a nice room within a healthcare centre, and was very professional from start to finish. Would recommend.

After 8 weeks of physiotherapy I was still struggling with a football injury... that was until I went to see Ploy! She used her impressive knowledge of the body and amazing technique to sort a problem that I've had for months. She also did all of this in a wonderfully relaxing environment and I came out feeling 10 years younger. I'm definitely going back for another session soon. Thanks Ploy
