I booked a certain type of facial, and the therapist examined my skin and recommended against it because if my skin type. She gave me really useful advice, rather than trying to sell me products which is what I’ve had in every other spa I’ve been to. The facial itself was fantastic, relaxing, and I felt like it really benefitted my skin. Will be returning regularly! Great value for money. No background music - unusual, but not a problem!
