It would have been a great massage but the room was really cold and when I mentioned I felt cold nothing was done to rectify it.

I am usually very happy with the service at Body Silk and I usually have the same girl. This time was different. I ask for a simple eyebrow tidy and the lady took far too much. She made the gap between my eyebrows far too wide and pretty much took away my natural eyebrow shape. Was quite saddened by this as it was more than twice of the price of where I usually go.
