Lauren was great. We started by a brief chat to understand the main areasthat need attention and agree a plan for the session.
She then proceeded with thesession and focused on the upper back area as it needed much more attention.
Lauren was professional and talented and made me feel relaxedimmediately.
I highly recommend Body Shape and Lauren and will definitely book more sessions.
