Every treatment is tailored to suit your needs. They offer a tranquil environment with beautifully themed rooms to restore energy and promote well being. They have a full range of treatments for the face and body, as well as a specialised nail studio, nutrition consultations, make up classes, and semi-permanent makeup.
Body & Mind Salon and Day Spa can be easily accessed via train, with the salon located just a short walk away from Milngavie rail station. There is also a Tesco Superstore nearby with plenty of parking available.
