I can honestly say that ALL the team at MOT are expert and professional. Over the past 2 years they have help me become fitter and stronger than I have been for years.
They all put the effort into making the treatment work so I have done the same and feel better for it. I am leaving to live miles away but I will return to check in. Good fortune and happiness to all that work at MOT.

What a great team at MOT
Over the last 2 years my overall body condition has improved amazingly. I’ve been doing stretches eating sensibly and a fortnightly treatment has help make me feel like I’m 50 not 70 !
