Very welcoming and knowledgeable, I suffer from many health issues and everything was dealt with professionally and I felt listened too. Very relaxing and calming vibe in the treatment room. I only booked an hour but wish I had booked 2 hours ! Didn’t want to leave ! It was soothing and relaxing but at the same time she worked on my areas that I was in a great deal of pain in , and I could feel at the time it was helping and getting to the route of the pain . I would definitely recommend 100%

I had an amazing massage last after weeks of stress. I had a signature massage which was well worthy. Not only do I feel like a new woman, I’m full of hope and aspiration again. I want to thank my therapist and all the staffs at Body and mind who always take time to understand their customer’s body and mind. I have booked in again as this is so important to me particularly with work and life. Definitely a must.

Great massage that was booked for my dad, but I explicitly said don’t sell him more as he doesn’t live here. It is the reason I haven’t been back, hard sell you on buying another massage and it’s honestly painful. If I want to buy on I would, I don’t need to hear about it all the way through what is meant to be a relaxing massage where I can shut off. Needless to say the same was done to my dad and I won’t be booking here again.
