If in doubt about visiting Body & Mind put your worry's behind you. These masseurs are so knowledgeable, skilled and caring. I visit regularly and have benefitted enormously in my senior years.( 80 ).

As ever a very relaxed atmosphere. Any was very good no joint or muscle missed well that’s what felt like. The signature massage is not spa pampering its a serious MOT of muscles and joints. All the team at MOT are excellent they have been expertly trained, worth every penny.
