I would highly recommend the 2 hour signature massage especially if you’ve got a physically demanding job, train hard in the gym or both. It consists of hot towels, bamboo runbbing, tapping, stretching and deep sports massage with oils. I always feel so relaxed and a lot more flexible afterwards. I try to go every 4 - 6 weeks as part of my training recovery because the benefits are incredible, I’d go every week if I could! Can’t Waite for the next one.
