The team at Body and Mind are very welcoming. From the moment you step through the door you feel safe and cared for. I've suffered for many years with stiffness in my neck, shoulders and back, and tension in my hips - the result of sitting behind a computer for much of the day. After only my second treatment, I can feel the benefit of the massage therapy I'm receiving.

I highly recommend Mind and Body MOT 65. I had a wonderful experience, incredible massage and 2 days later still feeling the benefits. So happy to have an authentic Thai massage space in Congleton. I no longer have to travel to Manchester or London (or Thailand!) for a massage!
