Such a lovely experience! Shirley is so so so lovely. She gave me such excellent service and made me feel really comfortable. The shop is very nice and clean and the service from her and her husband was outstanding. Can’t wait to have my next laser hair removal session here, she took her time with me and really treated me as an individual customer.

Shirley is the only woman in London I let near my brows, she always does a perfect job and is so quick while getting a great shape! I've been waiting for Body Lounge Spa specifically to reopen and offer brow threading again after lockdown as it is so hard to find somebody that can be trusted, and the price is very reasonable. The new venue looks great too, very clean and bright and the staff have always been super friendly. See you in about two months! Recommend to all!
