Shirley made my day! I went there to redo my gel, or at least that's what I thought I had on my nails. Despite acrylic varnish removal - what I had - is something they dont do, Shirley accepted to do that manually because I had my boyfriend return from abroad the following morning!!! She was so thorough and understanding, competent and kind. She took double the time to complete that nightmare of a work and refused to be paid extra for the additional time! The result was impeccable. Thank you!!
