I have been going to Shirley for my eyebrows for years. She is the only person I let touch them, as she is not only skilful with great attention to detail, but she listens to what you want and executes based on that. I only want my eyebrows cleaned up, not overly shaped or messed with and she does exactly what I ask for. I have had plenty of disasters, but never with Shirley. She is fantastic.
