Terrible experience at Body La Perla. Quoted £350 due to my financial situation on maternity leave, then charged £400 with no explanation. I asked to keep my hair long, but the stylist ruined the cut, kept chopping it shorter, and blamed my “layers.” I left in tears, feeling humiliated. No follow-up or apology. This was the one thing meant to boost my confidence postpartum, and it was a disaster. Avoid this place—unprofessional, overpriced, and careless.
Painful gel removal experience with no cuticle care, buffing, or hand cream. Would not recommend for gel removal when there are plenty of better salons nearby.
