Painful and amateur. In premises which were not clean ( the bathroom was really grimy, no cleaning of therapy couch or pillows or protective sheet) and sounded like a techno disco. I have been having classic lashes and infills done for a few years and never had pain and swelling like this! My eyelids were glued together and it took ages to literally pick them apart. This wasn’t just not being satisfied, I actually doubt the health and safety and qualifications of the therapists.

If I could give 6 star, I will. Very friendly, polite and attentive staff, U enter the Salon feeling like at home. Maxim was amazing, he cut my hair so precisely, I haven’t seen this level of perfection before. I’m super happy with my new haircut. Everything was done fantastically and I felt relaxed throughout my whole time there. I loved how the lash lift and tint turned out and loved the manicure at the end. Loved the advice and aftercare that was provided and my questions were answered and I left a happy person on my birthday. Will hopefully come back again one day 😊

She accidentally glued a few lashes to my bottom lashes which I noticed at home, also my eyes were glued shut which was a painful experience to open them. The lashes barely lasted 1 week with most of them attached to my eyelid and not lash line. She was wearing really baggy gloves and kept dropping the tools. Other than that the price is good but I wouldn’t come again based on my experience.
