I have curly hair and I don’t think the hair stylist was used to my hair texture. But she tried her best and did a decent job. Customer service was lovely and welcoming.

Overall result was OK but my underarms were quite sore after, and the hair grew back weirdly because it wasn’t all removed at the follicle, it was broken. Tweezers were also overused which was unpleasant.
