Im really disappointed with my hair. The final result is really bad and the colour isnt nice at all. I appreciate I couldn’t be blonde in the first session which I said and we discussed when I arrived, however the colour it is now is really horrible and mismatched. Also the appointment took 6 hours instead of 4, so I was an hour late for an occasion I had. The hairdresser seemed a bit stressed during and she spoke no English so I couldn’t really communicate with her. Ideally i’d like it fixed!

Hairdresser didn’t check how I do my parting before she started cutting, didn’t check with me whether she had cut the right amount, and I ended up with my hair cut straight when I had asked for V-shape. Will not be returning
