My daughter bought me a full body Swedish massage as a present to help with my cancer/medication side effects. I filled in a simple health questionnaire which they obviously read well and discussed in depth prior to my massage: showing attentive professionalism. My massage was very good and I felt comfortable and at ease. The place was very calming, pleasantly lit with light music and the sound of running water. All staff members were very welcoming. My first time and I will be going again.

This was the first time I have had a sports massage along with the cupping and it certainly won’t be my last. I have had knots around both my shoulders for years and other therapists could never disperse them. I am very happy to report my left shoulder knot has now gone and right has greatly improved. I was also shown certain stretching exercises to do after my gym sessions as this will help with my tension around my shoulders. It was a really great sports massage and I have rebooked.
