The staff was lovely and the venue, but I had my nails done on Thursday 10th and my gel manicure on my thumb have chipped off noticeable by Monday 14th.

I got lost -my fault - hence I was massively late. I still tried to get there to see if I could change my appointment to another day and properly apologised. Lizzie however still insisted on me having my microdermabrasion treatment although she had all the right to tell me to get lost. Lovely person, very professional, thoroughly enjoyed the treatment. Will definitely go back for another session.

Excellent customer service; the beauty therapist was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she did a fantastic wrap. The environment was so relaxing that I fell asleep. I felt great afterwards.
