The venue is very clean, very calming although it can sometimes be a bit noisy from the fitness suite upstairs Sherrie, my therapist is friendly, polite and efficient and she puts me at ease. She is always careful not to let any product go into my eyes. She also covers my face during treatment and gives me a gentle arm massage. Altogether it was a very relaxing experience.
