Just had a sports massage at Body Heaven Beauty Therapy @ Lancing Leisure Centre and wow I feel like I've been upgraded from a rusty bicycle to a sleek sports car! Sarah worked her magic on my knots and kinks, turning me from a tense mess into a flexible noodle. 10/10 will definitely recommend for athletes and couch potatoes
