We are So lucky to have such talented and wonderful beauty therapist based with Lancing sports centre. The new therapy rooms are peaceful and so relaxing. This is my second body wrap and I just love them. Great pressure and felt so chill after the treatment.

Lovely massage, Jade was excellent and made me feel totally relaxed.
The Thai massage was lovely and also provided a gentle exfoliation.
The facial was much needed and my skin felt fantastic afterwards.
