Booked head and shoulder massage but it was only shoulder massage, she did not touch my head. Massage was rescheduled for 15min earlier and with a different masseuse. There were lots of strange questions and general chat in the beginning of the massage while I was lying head down. In my opinion massage is not hairdressers where you chat, so it felt uncomfortable. Also any necessary questions need to be asked before, not during the massage.
