The massage was fantastic - 10/10 for that. The facial was ok, it wasn’t like facials I have had in the past. No massage of neck, chest or head, was literally just a cleanse of face a few times, then a mask left on for 20 minutes then a 5 min massage of face only. Plastic gloves were also worn which made the experience not very relaxing as they were rustling constantly.
