Noemi was amazing throughout, I cannot recommend her enough! From the start she explained everything she will be doing and did so in a calming, informative way. This was my first facial with Noemi and I would definitely recommend this service for anyone looking for help with skin concerns or generally wanting a self care treat. Days before my facial she asked what products were in my skincare routine, and was responsive to any follow up questions I had about the process. She took her time and talked me through the process during the treatment ensured I was comfortable throughout. Noemi tailored the treatment to address my concerns which was a nice touch
