Great sports massage! Lucas was great and clearly has a lot of knowledge on the topic! He gave me great advice on how to prepare my body for my marathon this weekend and following it. Will definitely be back!

I had the Swedish full body massage on Friday and it was Amazing. Lucas made me fresh welcome he’s such a nice person. He noticed I had a lot of water retention and gave me a massage on my legs to release it and told me what to do afterwards. I will definitely be going back can’t wait for my next one now. 10 out of 10 Lucas xx
