I have never had a massage before so didnt know what to expect, but can honestly say that it worked wonders. Dean certainly knows his stuff and I left there with less aches and pains than I went in with and feeling much more relaxed. Dean also gave me some very good advice about a herbal remedy, which I have already used and seems to be working.
I have booked another session with him for a hot stones massage this coming weekend so am looking forward to it.
