The appointment was on time. The staff were friendly. The tan developed as though I had actually made a visit to St Tropez. :0) Natural looking, non streaky and great colour. Defo use this salon again.

I visited during office hours (in order to get the great highlight/cut deal) and they were really quick and efficient. I wasn't kept waiting at all, which is in contrast to previous experiences at different salons where I have sometimes waited 4 hours for the whole process to be over. Highlights are great and just what I asked for. Friendly staff too. Would definitely recommend.

I had to cancel my initial appointment, and they didn´t put any problem at all.
When I finally went to have my facial (it was my first), I found the staff very friendly. They asked me to wait a few minutes and then I went into a smallish and not particularly well decorated room. My therapist understood that I wanted to relax, so she explained what she was going to do, so I could chill out. She also asked if I had any particular concern.
Apart from my facial, I also got a bit of a massage, which was a bonus.
The treatment itself: I don´t think It worked as I was expecting (but then, I was expecting a magic wand that would erase all traces of adult acne around my mouth)
Will I have it done again? Yes for facials, but I might try somewhere else, for comparison purposes!
