I had my highlights with Sarah. She was a lot more friendly. I felt comfortable discussing ideas with her (a lot of hairdressers already have their mind made up on what they want to do with you and are not open to listen, but she genuinely did). She put in a lot of effort, and I liked the result. Will come back (for Sarah).
