The shop doesn't look that appealing from the outside, especially for gentlemen customers, but inside it is clean, bright, with nice people and good music. I was offered a choice of hot or cold drinks from a menu. I was treated to a head massage with the hair wash. The cut was perfect and the conversation was intelligent. The Treatwell discount made it good value - a better haircut than I would normally have, but at the same price.

I chose the 40% off full head of highlights and opted for caramel highlights on my dark brown hair. Sarah was very friendly and professional and provided advise on the different options available to gain the colour I wanted. After the first wash and blow dry I was not happy with the results (highlights did not blend in well) but Sarah and Senior staff was on hand and have re-applied more colour for a better blend. The results after the second wash and blow dry was much better. I have had a lot of compliments since so I'm happy with the results! Thank you Body Essential
