The service was friendly, polite and efficient. I was just a bit disappointed after all the good reviews I'd seen of the salon - I'd expected it to be pretty good, if not brilliant, and my hair cut was fine but quite basic. It did the job but I didn't leave feeling as though it looked great, which was a bit of a shame.

I had a Dermalogica 1hr facial, I would highly recommend it and will definitely go back myself. Staff very friendly and competent, great value for money.

Chantelle was 5 stars! She give me advise on my skin and Also some extra shoulder and hand massage. Shame you can only buy 2 vouchers per client!

I had Paola as my colourist and I couldn't have asked for more, she did a thorough consultation which included condition, colour, type of hair, possible outcomes and what colour it would eventually change into. I was only there for low/highlights. there was no rushing and when applying the colour and the conversation was flowing and appropriate. Will def be back!
