I recently visited Body essential and was seen by Lucia . Lucia was very professional , friendly warm and really knew her stuff , I love the cut and the advice she gave me I am really happy and I will be going again thank you see you soon
I bought the Wahanda voucher for a Dermalogica Prescriptive Facial for £35. There weren't a lot of pictures of the place so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, the place is not huge but I believe it is of a sensible size, the rooms were more spacious than I thought it would be. My therapist Lauren started the treatment right on time, she was friendly but not overly so.
The treatment room was clean and tidy. I was made to feel comfortable and the facial was wonderful. There was no hard selling of products, which I appreciated. The music chosen was appropriate. The extractions were done properly, unlike some places where they press at you as if you were made of tofu. My pores were nicely cleaned out. Normally, I am not a fan of massages, but I have to say the massage was amazing. My shoulders and neck felt so much better after it, it was really really good. The pressure used was just right. After the facial, my skin was very soft and much better hydrated. Having been to pricier places for facials, I don't feel like the treatment was lacking in anything, no step was missed. I was very pleased.
Points for improvement: I would have hoped that they would offer me a glass of water next time when waiting or after the treatment. The clock in the treatment room was slightly loud and I only wished that they offered courses for better value.
For the price that I paid, I think I had a really good deal. Judging from their website, they offer a range of treatments and frankly, after my experience, I am quite eager to try out some other treatments. I would definitely recommend Body Essentials to my friends.

I've been to Body Essential a few times now as it is really close to my house and have liked all of the treatments I've gotten there. The conditioning treatment was good for my hair and the price was right!
