I had a wonderful time at Body Essential yesterday- Went in for a full head tint, cut and blow-dry and I left truly satisfied with the service. The staff has been welcoming and considerate, and I had a great consultation with Lucia. I'm extremely happy with the colour she mixed for me, I like my haircut and the attention she paid to all details. All in all a positive experience and I am sure I will be back for hair treatments.
The treatment rooms are upstairs of the hair salon and they are clean and nice. The threpist I had was polite, professional and did a great job. Overall I'd definitely go again :)
Classic Facials
Therapist was extremely professional and friendly. This is the second time i've gone back to her as she's really good. Was very pleased with the results of my full leg/Brazilian wax. Will be going back!
Ladies' Waxing
I've had bikini waxes at a few salons in London and Body Essential offer by far the best value treatment. I booked with the salon after my flatmate had had a great experience with a leg and bikini wax. I usually opt for a Brazilian but decided on an extended bikini for my first booking. Charleene was so quick and professional and put me at ease straight away. I opted for hot wax and it was almost painless, a lot better than my last one at a much more expensive salon. Best of all, I had hardly any redness afterwards and stayed completely smooth for a good couple of weeks. I'm relieved to have found somewhere so good and at an affordable price and will be visiting regularly.
Ladies' Waxing
Arrived 15 minutes so did not have the full 1-hr session which was quite disappointing. The facial treatment itself was not satisfying I personally think, it felt like nothing much has been done to the face at the end of it.
