I was very impressed with the service. I had a Cut, Blowdry and Conditioning Treatment and loved all three services. Lucia was amazing at making the exact hairstyle I was after. I have found my new hairdressers!

I usually not happy with my haircut especially my fringe but was surprised to find out I actually liked it. Liked hair mask with quite a long head massage. Plus impressed with beverages menu that was complimentary but didnt have a chance to have one. Will do next time.

Great value for the price and I enjoyed the atmosphere of this hair salon. I was very happy to be listened on my needs/expectations from the hair cut, Sarah is really helpful and kind. I am always scared when I try a new hairdresser but was really happy with the result at Body Essential

Sitting in an office chair means I can get a bit of tension in my shoulders so was really looking forward to this massage after work. It was absolutely horrific, she applied far too much pressure and I asked at one point for her to ease up a bit she replied "these are supposed to hurt a bit". A bit translated into a lot. I've never known a massage to cause pain before, perhaps a bit of discomfort but this was off the chart. Anyway my comment wasnt taken on board and the pummelling resumed, I was squirming throughout and couldn't wait for it to end. I tried to make a point of shifting uncomfortably as I didn't want to ask twice and this went ignored. She said afterwards it would be a bit tender for a few hours - it actually bruised and ached for a few days. The only positive is the salon itself is alright, it's clean and the staff are friendly enough. Avoid if you want any form of massage or someone receptive!!! Worst massage I have ever had, shame as it's right behind where I work but I will happily go a little further.

Lovely large salon playing funky tunes & with a generous complimentary drinks menu. My stylist was very friendly & gave me great advice about my hair. I was very happy with my package & would certainly recommend Body Essential!
