Salon is nice, clean and modern. Hairdresser was very friendly and professional. We chatted away the whole appointment, like we knew each other before.. She has cut my hair just the way I asked, made a nice head massage while washing hair. I was feeling comfortable and relaxed. I think I will be going back for another haircut.
Ladies' Haircuts
Came here first time . Great service they offer you a drink , shampoo your hair with scalp massage

Good service in there, but the full head of highlights was not a full head. I have roots! Bit of a pointless trip. The stylist appeared to do my whole head, however when i got home and had a play with it they hadnt gone right to the roots in places. My hair is easy to colour so this was very disappointing. May have got better colour if I would've gone for just a half head/tsection !
Also the rough dry was done very roughly (end of the day. staff rushing to finish) so had to ask for it to be dried more which was disappointing (especially when you are paying an extra £10 for a quick blast of the hair dryer !
Hair Colouring
I was a bit concerned about this salon as its a little out of the way and looks like it has been done up quite cheaply. However, I am more pleased with the haircut than I have been with any other for a long time. My stylist was Lucia and she took my limited instructions and did exactly what I wanted using her own expertise to match my instructions.
I have long hair and I tend to leave it too long before I have a trim. Usually this results in a stylist chopping off so much that I absolutely hate it however Lucia cut off enough to make it look much more healthy but still long enough for me to like it. Some subtle layers etc mean it looks a lot more voluminous and generally much healthier. The blow dry was also wonderful.
The prices are quite high if not on an offer but I would recommend.

My stylist Sarah was so friendly and really took her time with my joico conditioning treatment. I can't wait to return for my haircut.
