I was a little nervous leaving my highlights in another staff members hands, I am a little fussy I suppose you could say, but Lucia had left some excellent notes and the stylist was more than capable of doing them and actually did a superb job. So once again I am very happy :)

Eyebrow was burnt after the waxing, and skin was torn really badly in two places during the Hollywood waxing, and it bled LOADS. Never happened to me before, and feel it was because the therapist wasn't holding the skin taut before pulling back the strip. Have been waxing for years, and never had my skin torn like that.
