I had a dermalogica facial, whilst the facial itself was really good, the therapist was very knowledgeable.
My only gripe is that another therapist entered the room twice to collect something from the room. This is uncomfortable when you're lying half naked, have no idea who is entering the room and what they are doing. There should be a knock and the therapist should explain what is happening so at least you know what's going on! Makes it unprofessional, sloppy and ruins the facial experience.
