There may have been a change in staff as usual hairdresser, Gino was not available on the day selected. Not the same service or quality of haircut, precision I've experienced previously! Hairbrush used was full with other clients hair...I was asked if I wanted a drink which never arrived. Minor point, -venue was in process of being done up with building work in process, hence lower ambience rating. FWIW, I've had my hair cut by Gino previously and been very pleased with his service!
