Staff are lovely and professional and salon is central (easy to get to from Liverpool Street). Quality of shellac is usually good and stays on for a few weeks. Area of improvement: more choice of colours. There are only a couple of colours that appeal to me, and I've twice had to wait for another therapist to finish with the bottle, delaying my appointment

Lucia did an amazing job cyrling my hair for a party. Usually I need to tweek the hairstyle a bit, so it suits my face shape, also the curls don't really last, my expectation is merely to have a little more body and bounce. But Lucia put every single strand of hair exactly where I'd done it if I could only work the iron the way she does. My hair was still curly the next day and she did not even put much spray into it, so it felt very natural. I'll definitely be going again!
