I was seen by a lovely hairdresser, and when I left the salon I was quite happy. However, the next day when the blow dry had fallen out slightly, it was really obvious that the front of my hair was completely uneven and my layers were cut a lot shorter on one side of my hair to the other. A real shame! I think I should have provided more direction perhaps.

Always a pleasure. Lucia is an expert, and the place is lovely. Have been going for years and keep getting excellent haircuts. Definitely recommended!
