I had booked in with my usual beautician, Charlene, unfortunately I did not get her. This was the worst facial I have ever experienced. I have had enough facials to know that the extraction element can be painful, however this was on a new level. It was clumsy and I care was taken at all. It was hard and has left my face bruised. I have never wanted to cry so much. This is a real shame as usually this place is amazing.

Absolutely fantastic - I booked an emergency hair cut at last minute and had a great experience way above my expectations. Good cut, lovely staff, relaxed atmosphere and excellent value. I will definitely go back.
