I choose this salon because it received good ratings and I like the Dermalogica products they use. Perhaps my expectations were too high but I was a bit disappointed. The girl started straight away without any sort of consultation or inspection of my skin. My skin is very sensitive and I expected her to analyze my skin before starting. As part of the treatment she placed the steamer on my face, and then left the room for about 10min to the point where it got really uncomfortable and too hot for my skin, she did the same after putting a mask on. Normally after a facial my skin is soft and clear of impurities and pimples. After this treatment my skin was red and I had pimples for about a week after. Sorry to say that I would not recommend this place to my friends.
