Went in for a restyle (long hair to shoulder length bob) and found the whole experience very welcoming.
Sarah was very knowledgeable and kindly gave me some great advise, and cut my hair in 2 stages (in case I didn't want to go too short right away.)
love my new style and will definitely be going back for re-cuts.
