There were a different team in the salon the day I visited and a very different atmosphere than usual so I felt a bit uncomfortable at first. The head and shoulder massage was nice after the wash as a complementary offering. the blow dry itself was fine in terms of the process and time was exact but the results were disappointing. Having left the salon at approx. 4pm it had fallen out by my event at 7pm and I had boring flat hair, my usual blow dry at Body Essentials usually lasts into the next day at least. I will be back once the original team are back as they seem to know my hair better maybe through time.
