stylist was friendly and great!! very happy with the service and the blow dry was really very good. my only only complaint would be the wash wasn't as thorough as I would have liked because of her very long nails. when I got home and looked in the mirror I still had remnants of hair spray in my hair. still though it was very good and I'd definitely go back and maybe just specify a more thorough wash
