Sarah was great! I asked her to give it a shape and cut the dry, split end- she listened and asked a lot of questions. My hair was fried up and she managed to cut my hair to a lovely shape, the blow dry was amazing, lasted till the day after (that's very rare, my hair goes flat after few hours usually) I'll be back for my next cut!
