I never tried the hot wax but the girl just recommended to me because is better for the delicate parts, for me this is a professional behavior because she did her job that doesn't mean just do a treatment but advise the best. With a simple advice you can avoid rush, allergic reactions, bruises or burns. Many thanks again!

I had an pointment for file and polish. Which it's the basic service but the result didn't definitely worth the money. The file was dirty and the polish was applied very quickly and not evenly. Not happy at all with the final result
