I was able to book in for a same day Blowdry at Body Essential - I arrived to a warm welcome, the staff were all so lovely.
Hair wash was so relaxing and my blowdry was exactly what I asked for.
Such good value for money especially in the heart of the city!
I'm returning next week for another!

I had to wait 10 mins or so for my stylist to finish with her previous client and there was no explanation or apology for the lateness. However, she took the time to understand what I wanted and gave advice on what would suit me. Overall, I’m pleased with the result but customer service could have been better initially.
